VOK®- 882 is a leveling agent of modified polysiloxane, which can help maintain the arrangement of matting powder. It has good positioning effect of matting powder regardless of the amount of powder, and has good wettability

Characteristics and use

The flow control of the paint can increase the directional effect of the matting powder in the matting paint without affecting the gloss

It can reduce friction coefficient and improve scratch resistance

It can reduce the surface tension, promote the wettability of the substrate and prevent the occurrence of orange peel

Suitable for most matting powder coating systems, with good compatibility and recoating

Addition amount and use method

Add 0.1-1.0% to the total amount

Please test the optimum amount before adding to obtain good results, and please release it first and then stir it

Storage

Place in a cool and ventilated place, keep the container tight and away from heat and fire sources

The storage environment is 0 to 40 ℃. Lower than 5 ℃ will cause product separation and turbidity. Please return to room temperature and mix evenly before use, which will not affect the quality
