Overview VOK®- Disponer 904 is a wetting and dispersing agent. It has a special effect on preventing the color separation caused by the combination of titanium dioxide and other pigments, and can avoid the formation of deposition and hardening.

Characteristics and use

It can be applied to water-based and solvent-based systems, and has a wide range of application to resin systems

It has excellent dispersion and wetting effect on pigments, and can effectively prevent the blooming problem of titanium dioxide and other pigments in the coating formula when used together

When the pigment is mixed with the filler, it can prevent deposition and hardening

Addition amount and use method

Add 0.5-3.0% to inorganic pigment

Add 2.0-5.0% to organic pigment

Add before grinding. Disperse with pigment

Storage

Place in a cool and ventilated place, keep the container tight and away from heat and fire sources

The storage condition is 0-40 ℃. When the temperature is lower than 5 ℃, the appearance may be cloudy or separated. Please heat it to a clear state and mix it evenly before use

The container needs to be sealed completely before it is used
