Characteristics and use

VOK®-FX 600 The multifunctional structure of ensures that it has strong interaction with most pigments. It can be strongly adsorbed on inorganic pigments such as titanium dioxide and iron oxide (yellow, red and black), and organic pigments such as fast red, magenta, phthalocyanine blue and phthalocyanine green. It is also effective for carbon black and fillers. VOK®-FX 600 The good adsorption and special polymerization structure of can make the pigment obtain good stability in aqueous system

It can be applied to a variety of resin and lotion systems, such as waterborne acrylic acid system, waterborne alkyd system, waterborne polyester amino baking paint, waterborne epoxy coating and other types of acrylic dispersion and lotion

It has good stability and compatibility against pigment flocculation, and can improve corrosion resistance

Addition amount and use method

Pigment dispersant in the paint: the added amount is 0.5-2.0% of the total formula

Pigment dispersant in the ink: the added amount is 0.5-3.0% of the total formula

Dispersant/color developing agent in the pigment concentrated slurry: the added amount is 1-15% of the total weight of the pigment concentrated slurry

Because the composition and production process of the coating vary greatly, it is recommended to conduct pre-test before use

In order to obtain good results, VOK®-FX 600 should be added before grinding. The ideal step is to turn VOK®-FX 600 is dissolved in water soluble medium, and then pigments and fillers are added
