Characteristics and use

It can improve the adhesion of organic resin and inorganic substrate, and can improve the strength of composite materials

Improve the compression strength, bending strength, tensile strength and modulus of the composite in the wet or dry state

Improve the wettability and dispersion of the filler

Reinforcing agent for glass fiber treatment of reinforced plastics

Improve the adhesion of polymer on glass metal or other polymer surfaces

Paint and ink: epoxy, alkyd, polyurethane, acrylic acid, polysiloxane and other systems

Substrate: glass, aluminum, copper, steel

Addition amount and use method

Direct addition: add 0.5-2.0% to the resin solids

When primer is used: 4.95% VOK ®- 1051. 0.05% organic amine (such as dimethylaniline) and 95% alcohol (such as methanol, isopropanol and ethylene glycol) are mixed evenly, coated on the solid surface (such as glass or metal), and then crosslinked on the solid surface at high temperature

The storage environment is 0-40 ℃

The product shall be placed in a cool and ventilated place, and the container shall be kept tightly away from heat and fire sources
