Characteristics and use

VOK®-FX 365 is a non-ionic AB block polymer with hydrophilic polyether segments and multi-electronic hydrophobic components. This unique amphiphilic component makes it have good affinity for various interfaces. It can be well adsorbed on the surface of pigments and fillers, thus showing good wetting and dispersion of pigments

Due to VOK®-FX 365 is non-ionic, so it can be used with anionic, non-ionic or cationic surfactants

It can be used in all types of water-based coatings or color pastes

Because it will not ionize in water, it can be mixed with ionic polymer dispersants, such as VOK®-FX 504 or VOK®- FX 600 is used in the water-based dispersion of hydrophilic pigments together. For hydrophobic pigments, including inert organic pigments, it can also be used as dispersant and stabilizer alone

Addition amount and use method

VOK®-FX 365The amount of added to the coating is 0.2-1.0% of the total formula

The addition amount used in the pigment paste system is 2-10% of the total formula
