Specific gravity: about 0.95

Viscosity: 1500-3000 cp (25 ℃)

Acid value: 1-4 mg KOH/g

Refractive index: 1.494-1.496 (25 ℃)

Non-volatile matter: 44.5-47.5%

Characteristics and use

A coating system widely used in plastics

It is a film of adhesive primer. After coating, it can obtain excellent adhesion and water resistance

Improve the adhesion to PP substrate

PP or PP/EPDM primer

One-component topcoat for automobile interior decoration

Primer for general acrylic or polyurethane coatings

Addition amount and use method

Depending on the coating system, please test the optimum amount before use

Add pigment and grind it directly as the base paint

Directly or with resin as the primer, please test the optimum amount before use

Storage

The storage environment is 0-40 ℃

The product shall be placed in a cool and ventilated place, and the container shall be kept tightly away from heat and fire sources

security

VOK®-CP-7540 may cause viscosity rise or even gel due to solvent volatilization or low temperature

Once gel occurs, water bath can be used to heat it to 50-60 ℃, and some toluene can be added if necessary, so that the fluidity can be restored without affecting the performance
