Operation:
1. Test run
1) Before startup, competent professional personnel should inspect the whole system, to ensure it
conforming to requirements of relevant specifications. Connect the motor cable with power source
correctly.
2) In case of first commissioning, whether rotation direction of the impeller is correct or not should be
checked. The method is as follows: hang the low speed flow propeller on square guide bar, and
switch on power supply; seen in the direction from the impeller to the motor, the impeller should
rotate clockwise. If rotation direction is not correct, two phases of power cable should be changed. If
several flow propellers are connected with the same control cabinet, rotation direction of every flow
propeller should be checked individually.
Attention: During the check of rotation direction, rotating impeller should be guaranteed not to hurt
working personnel, and access to rotating impeller is not allowed.
2. Operation
1) After normal test run, the power should be cut off.
2) Put the flow propeller along square guide bar into the water, and guarantee its installation in correct
position. Switch on power supply to start operation and check whether it is normal.
