AR Installation base:
1. The base shall be of enough strength, stability and durability.
2. The subsidence and the inclination shall be within the allowable range under the static strength to ensure the normal operation of the water aerator.
3. The clear distance between the detachable flange to the side face of the base is not less than 100mmm generally. The thickness of the leveling blanket or the grout blanket of second placement is not less than 25mm.
4. The form, sizes and installation position of the ground bolt shall be adopted in accordance with the installation drawing. Its minimal depth buried in the concrete shall be determined with the actual stress; when it is impossible to determine its stress, the minimum depth can be determined by considering the principle that the bolt is pulled broken rather than pulled out.
5. The weight of the designed base and the embedded depth of the base shall be determined in accordance with the requirements of the installed objects, with the principle that the disturbing force will not shake the base when the aerator is in operation. The weight of the water aerator generally shall be over 10 times that of the water aerator.
6. The height of the base shall satisfy the structure requirements, i.e. ensure there is concrete protection with sufficient thickness under the bottom of the bolt embedded parts, which shall be thinner as far as possible with a certain thickness (strength guarantee) of the pit bottom.
7. The base shall be arranged with reinforcement steels to prevent fissures caused by temperature and shrink stress, uneven settlement or vibration. The diameter of the reinforcement steels shall be 10 to 16mm and the space 200 to 400mm.
AR Installation:
1. Mount the track on the foundation.
2. Put the guiding rod on the track and fix the upper part of the guide rod which shall be vertical to the ground at best.
3. Install the inlet pipe on the air inlet of the aerator.
4. Hoist the aerator and put it into water slowly along the guide rod, fasten the cable along the inlet pipe and fix the upper part of the inlet pipe at the same time with a view to prevent the machine body from being damaged.
5. After the completion of the installation, the machine may be powered on for trial operation.
