Features:
1. The application of liquid temperature: 0~40℃
2. Mechanical seal: DN50: 1 mechanical seal (double-end); DN80: 2 mechanical seal (single-end); Material: Silicon.
3. Squirrel-cage, induction motor are F class insulation, motor protection grand is IP68.
4. Excellent semi-open impeller, the impeller will generate vortex flow, which drive and discharge solids through pump flow
channel. Foreigh matters allowance up to 70% of discharge size; able to transfer liquid with modicum air.

Pump installation:
1. Installation base of pumps ( there is no requirement on the base for the installation of water pump without detachable device)
2. The subsidence and the inclination shall be within the allowable range under the static strength to ensure the normal operation of the water pump.
3. The form, sizes and installation position of the foundation bolt shall be adopted in accordance with the installation drawing. Its minimal depth buried in the concrete shall be determined with the actual stress.
4. The height of the base shall satisfy the structure requirements, i.e. ensure there is concrete protection with sufficient thickness under the bottom of the bolt embedded parts, which shall be thinner as far as possible with a certain thickness (strength guarantee) of the pit bottom.
5. The base shall be arranged with reinforcement steels to prevent fissures caused by temperature and shrink stress, uneven settlement or vibration. The diameter of the reinforcement steels shall be Φ 10 to 16mm and the space 200 to 400mm.
