Description:
The CMT2189B is a low-power, embedded OOK transmitter 8-bit
RISC core MCU for ISM band 240-960MHz low cost wireless transmitter applications. The chip integrates 2kx14b of rewritable program space and a high-efficiency, ultra-low-power RF transmitter with in-circuit debugging support, up to 8 general-purpose IOs, and low sleep power consumption, making it ideal for a variety of consumer handheld remote control applications.
The CMT2189B operates over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range and 2.0 to 3.6V supply voltage range.
At 433.92MHz, the output +13dBm power consumes only 17.5mA of continuous high level current. By choosing a crystal that corresponds to the frequency, the CMT2189B can operate at different RF frequencies by choosing crystals with corresponding frequencies.
