The FM25Q64 is a 64M-bit(8M-byte)Serial Flashmemory, with advanced write protection mechanismsThe FM25Q64supports the standard SerialPeripheral Interface (SPl), Dual/Quad l/O as well as2-clock instruction cycle Quad Peripheral interface(QPl). They are ideal for code shadowing to RAM,executing code directly from DualQuad SPl (XIP)and storing voice, text and data.

The FM25Q64 can be programmed 1 to 256 bytesat a time, using the Page Program instruction. lt isdesigned to allow either single Sector/Block at atime or full chip erase operation. The FM25Q64can be configured to protect part of the memory asthe software protected mode. The device cansustain a minimum of 100K program/erase cycles oneach sector or block.
