Characteristics and use

VOK®-DF 7540 is recommended for use in systems sensitive to surface defects, such as glossy coatings and low pigment content systems. It is highly emulsifying in water and can be uniformly distributed in the system, so it is suitable for low viscosity systems, and is especially effective for water-based alkyd and silicate paint systems

The main component of VOK®-DF 7540 is organic ester without mineral oil, and its composition has been verified by BgVV

VOK®-DF 7540 does not contain organic silicon, thus minimizing the possibility of surface defects and adhesion loss. It can be widely used in water-based systems

Addition amount and use method

The amount added depends on the specific situation

Generally, adding 0.2-0.5% of the total formula can achieve ideal results

VOK®-DF 7540 can be added at grinding stage or paint mixing stage

Storage

Keep away from heat and fire sources. Place in a cool and ventilated place, and keep the container tight

The storage environment temperature is 5 ℃ - 50 ℃
