I. Product introduction
TD521D-30/60/100 concrete single-horizontal axis mixer is developed and manufactured by Hebei Tianqi Xingzi testing Equipment in accordance with the People's Republic of China industry standard JTG E30-2005 Test Procedures for Cement and Cement Concrete for Highway Engineering T0521-2005 Mixing and On-site Sampling Method for Cement and Concrete Mixes.
The products meet the technical requirements of single horizontal shaft mixer in JG244-2009 Concrete Test Mixer and JG244-2009 Concrete Test Mixer of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, PRC.
The product is suitable for the laboratory of building scientific research institutions, construction companies and concrete component units. It can be used to mix ordinary concrete, light concrete and dry hard concrete. It can also be applied to the laboratory of other industries to mix different materials.

Three, mechanism principle
This machine is composed of frame, stirring device, transmission system, limit device and electrical control system.
The frame is the supporting part of the whole equipment, which is welded by channel steel. The stirring device is composed of a stirring cylinder, a stirring shaft and a stirring spatula. The stirring spatula is fixed on the stirring arm and is integrated with the stirring shaft to form two groups of spiral belt stirring spatula with opposite directions but the same lead and spiral Angle.
The transmission mechanism is composed of a reducer and a coupling, the cylinder limit device is composed of a locking pin and a positioning hole, and the electrical control system has the functions of starting, starting, stopping and timing.
Working principle: The deceleration motor makes the stirring shaft rotate in one direction through the connecting shaft. The positive and negative sets of spatula on the stirring shaft stir materials. Due to the action of spiral Angle, the spatula makes the material in the cylinder push from one side to the other side, and pushes back from the other side to the original circulation action, so that the material is fully stirred, so as to obtain the ideal stirring effect.
Stop the machine when discharging the material, open the locking pin, make the cylinder rotate at a certain Angle, then limit the position, press the button to realize the mixing material discharged out of the cylinder.
Iv. Installation and Debugging:
After unpacking the machine, check whether the deceleration motor, barrel and bearing seat are damaged during transportation, and whether the fasteners are loose. If they are loose, they should be tightened. The supporting foundation should be a flat concrete ground.
This equipment uses 380V power supply, after power on, press the "point" button to observe whether the motor rotation direction is correct. If the reverse phenomenon occurs, please change the wiring position of any two power cables.
The mixer should be tied to the frame with the rope when handling, and cannot be tied to the mixing shaft. The mixer base is equipped with casters, which can be moved arbitrarily.
Five, operation steps:
1. Before starting, check whether there is any scratching between the rotating part and the barrel. If there is any scratching, adjust or clean it in time.
2. Clean the sundries in the barrel.
3. The cylinder should be limited before starting.
4. The rotation direction of the stirring shaft shall be as indicated on the end face of the cylinder.
5, into the concrete material must be removed metal or other debris.
6. Adjust the timing of the agitator according to the stirring time. Note that it must be adjusted in the case of power failure.
7. Press the start button, and the spindle will drive the mixing shovel to operate.
8. The machine will stop automatically after reaching the setting time.
9. When unloading, stop the machine first, open the locking pin, move the handle to make the cylinder rotate to a certain position, and then make the locking pin locate the rotating spindle, so that the mixing material is discharged out of the cylinder.
10. Manually reset the cylinder after the mixing material is discharged, and locate the mixing cylinder with a locking pin.
11, cleaning cylinder can pour water into the cylinder, so that the spindle rotation for washing, can also be dry sand cleaning.
12. Please cut off the power supply after cleaning.
Vi. Maintenance and repair:
1, often check whether the electrical control system is in good contact and dry. 2, check the tightening of the shovel, if loose should be tightened in time.
3. Check the sealing condition of the machine regularly, and check the quality of the gasket in time if there is any leakage. often
4, according to the use of regular lubrication bearing parts, reducer lubrication.
5. After long-term use of the mixer, the spatula and the mixing cylinder should be worn, and adjusted or replaced according to the wear situation.
Note: Do not insert your hand and rod into the cylinder during the stirring process to avoid danger.
