Overview of TD624 series asphalt viscosivity tester

This instrument is developed by Hebei Tianqi Xingzi Testing Equipment Co., Ltd. according to the Asphalt Viscosivity Test (T0624-2011) in Highway Engineering Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture Test Regulations (JTGE20-2011), the standard of the People's Republic of China Transportation Industry, and the Asphalt (SH/T0735-2003) in petrochemical industry The viscosivity test method is designed and manufactured according to the requirements specified in this paper. It is applicable to test the viscosivity of asphalt under specific conditions according to the requirements specified in the standards of Asphalt viscosivity Test (T0624-2011) and Asphalt Viscosivity Test (SH/T0735-2003), so as to evaluate the modification effect of asphalt mixed with modifier.

Iii. Structural characteristics of TD624 series asphalt viscosivity tester

(1) Instrument composition

The main parts of the instrument are the viscosivity tester, tensile tester and laptop computer. The viscosibility tester is composed of a tensile hemisphere head, a positioning nut, a positioning bracket and a sample container. The material, structure and specifications of the tester fully meet the requirements specified in T0624-2011 Asphalt Viscosibility Test and SH/T0735-2003 Asphalt Viscosibility Test Method. Tensile testing machine is equipped with an upper and lower fixture to fix the viscosity and toughness tester, which can be stretched at the speed of 500mm/min with a maximum stretching length of 610mm. PC is the application of the company's independent research and development of testing software, to achieve intelligent and automatic testing.

(2) Instrument structure

1. Instrument structure

The structure of the instrument is shown in Figure 1.

(1) Lower fixture: place the instrument's viscosivity tester.

(2) Upper fixture: located under the stretching beam, it is equipped with the stretching hemisphere round head, positioning nut, positioning bracket, etc.

(3) Tensile tester: the tensile host of the instrument.

(4) Control panel: See Fig.2 (B) for introduction.

(5) Laptop computer: the standard configuration of the instrument laptop computer.

2. Viscous bremsstrahlung tester Viscosivity tester is mainly used to contain bitumen samples, including the following parts (see Figure 2(A)) :

1. Stretch hemisphere head: radius 11.1mm;

2, positioning nut: screw on the connecting rod;

3. Positioning bracket;

4, sample device: metal inner diameter 55mm, depth 35mm.

3. Socket

There are two sockets on the back of the instrument, as shown in Figure 3.

(1) Communication serial port: Connect the laptop through the serial communication cable.

(2) Power socket: power cord socket, connected to the safety box below, built-in 5A fuse.

(3) Main performance characteristics

1. The instrument is compatible with the requirements of two test standards in the transportation industry and the petrochemical industry. The stretching length can be 300mm or 610mm; Tensile testing machine adopts double screw tensile design, stable and reliable operation, high measurement accuracy.

2. The self-developed test and detection software can automatically draw and print the "load ~ deformation curve of viscosities test" and automatically calculate the viscosities and toughness of asphalt. For the uncommon "load ~ deformation curve of viscosities test", it also allows researchers to reasonably correct the tangent line of toughness.

3, the upward stretching of the instrument, downward positioning, stop the upward or downward, calculation of test results and other operations, can be completed by operating a laptop computer, easy to use.

4. The design of the control panel is simple. Through the uplink keys, downlink keys and stop keys on the panel, it is convenient to operate the test and complete the test, and the laptop computer automatically completes the calculation of the test results.

(3) Data acquisition system

The automatic control part is a signal acquisition and processing device composed of single chip microcomputer. It digitizes the analog signal collected and communicates with the host computer through the serial port to complete the test function. The schematic diagram of microcomputer data acquisition circuit is shown in Figure 4.

This part is mainly to complete the tension sensor signal acquisition, and according to a certain format to collect the data through the serial port to the computer processing. The tension sensor processes the signal through the analog channel into A/D converter, converts the analog signal into a digital signal, and sends the encoded signal to the host computer through the serial port, thus completing the data acquisition task. Figure 4.
