1. First determine the printing standard distance, and the way to adjust the distance is to loosen the fixing screws on both sides of the printing assembly (6). The printing assembly is moved to the left end for 5 mm, the printing assembly is moved to the right end for 10 mm, and then tighten the fixing screws (6). When adjusting, pay attention to the position of the push rod and CAM, so as not to interfere. 2. Switch the left and right switches on the panel of controller (3) to the left position, and then turn on the power switch to make the printing assembly stop automatically when it reaches the left end. Put the rebar straight into the V-shaped groove (straight edge of the rebar upward) and tighten the fastening screw (7) to fix it. 3, make the cone rod fall to the lowest place, adjust the height of the adjustment handle, so that the punch contact the steel bar, continue to lower 1­ 2 mm, do not reduce too much or it may cause the punch crack, make sure that the punch has enough margin to drive into the steel bar. 4. Switch the left and right switches on the panel of controller (3) to the right position, and the printing assembly will automatically move to the right end and stop the machine to complete the printing. When the terminal stops, try to stop the punch on high to facilitate the removal of the steel bar. If you stop at a low place, you can adjust the height of the handle to raise the height of the punch, and remove the steel bar. 5. Remove the steel bar, switch the left and right lines to the left line position, and print the assembly line to the leftmost end. Turn off the power switch and mark printing is complete. V. Matters needing attention 1. Rebar should be taken out when driving left to avoid punch damage 2. As the product is constantly updated, the actual product shall prevail if different from this manual. 3. Ensure that the power supply uses a three-hole socket with ground wire to ensure reliable grounding. 4. The sliding part is often coated with lubricating oil. 5. The instrument is always kept clean and stored in a dry place.
