I. Product Profile:
TD560-J type cement concrete cube splitting tensile strength test fixture is designed and manufactured by Hebei Tianqi Xingzi Testing Equipment Co., Ltd. according to the industry standard JTG E30-2005 "Test Rules for Cement and Cement Concrete" T05060-2005 "Test Method for Cube Splitting Tensile Strength of Cement Concrete" of Ministry of Transport.
The concrete anti-splitting fixture conforms to the GB/ T50081-2002 Standard of Mechanical Properties Test Method for ordinary Concrete.
In the splitting tensile strength test of concrete, a cube specimen is applied in the center plane of the specimen, so that the approximate uniform tensile stress is generated in the vertical plane under the action of external force. The tensile stress can be calculated according to the elastic theory. Our country adopts the 150mm*150mm*150mm cube as the standard specimen.
Concrete cube anti-splitting fixture is divided into two kinds. One is cube. The splitting strength test of 150mm cube standard specimen (or non-standard cube specimen with side length of 100mm) is done.

Three, test steps
1. The test piece adopts the cube standard test piece with a side length of 150mm (or the non-standard test piece with a side length of 100mm), with 3 test pieces in each group.
2, the testing machine and the specimen between the steel arc pad. Between the steel pad and the specimen should be padded with wooden three-plywood plate, wooden three-plywood plate requirements: width 15-20mm, thickness 3-4 mm. The length of the two pads (plates) shall not be less than the side length of the specimen, and the wooden pads shall not be reused.
3. Test steps
(1) Check the appearance of the specimen and measure the size.
(2) Mark the position of the splitting surface on the top and bottom surfaces during molding.
(3) Place specimen, arc steel pad and wooden pad. The axial center of the specimen should be aligned with the center of the pressing plate under the testing machine, and the pad should be perpendicular to the top surface of the specimen when it is formed.
(4) Loading: When the compressive strength of the specimen is lower than 30Mpa, the loading speed is 0.02-0.05mpa /s; when the compressive strength of the specimen is equal to or higher than 30MPa, the loading speed is 0.05-0.08mpa /s. When the specimen is near failure and the deformation increases rapidly, the throttle of the testing machine should be stopped to adjust until the specimen is damaged. Record the maximum load, accurate to 0.01MPa.
