explain
The INA180, INA2180, and INA4180 (INAx180) current detection amplifiers are designed specifically for cost optimized applications. This type of device is part of a series of current detection amplifiers (also known as current splitter monitors) that can detect voltage drops on current detection resistors in a common mode voltage range of -0.2V to+26V independent of the power supply voltage. The INAx180 integrates a matching resistor gain network and supports four fixed gain device options: 20V/V, 50V/V, 100V/V, or 200V/V. The matched gain resistor network can greatly reduce gain error and reduce temperature drift.
All such devices are powered by a single power supply ranging from 2.7V to 5.5V. The maximum power current consumed by a single channel INA180 is 260 µ A; The maximum power current consumed by the dual channel INA2180 is 500 µ A, and the maximum power current consumed by the four channels is 900 µ A.
The INA180 adopts a 5-pin SOT-23 package with two different pin configurations. The INA2180 is packaged in 8-pin VSSOP and WSON. INA4180 is packaged in a 14 pin TSSOP. All device options have an extended rated operating temperature range of -40 ° C to+125 ° C.
