explain
AD620 is a low-cost, high-precision instrument amplifier that can be set to gain from 1 to 10000 with just one external resistor. In addition, the AD620 features an 8-lead SOIC and DIP package, which is smaller than discrete designs and provides lower power (with a maximum supply current of only 1.3 mA), making it highly suitable for battery powered, portable (or remote) applications.
AD620 has high accuracy with maximum nonlinearity of 40 ppm and a low offset voltage of 50 μ Vmax, offset drift of 0.6 μ V/° Cmax is very suitable for precision data acquisition systems, such as weighing scales and transducer interfaces. In addition, the low noise, low input bias current, and low power of AD620 make it very suitable for medical applications, such as electrocardiograms and non-invasive blood pressure monitors.
Using Super during the input phase ϐ ETA processing makes it possible to achieve a low input bias current of 1.0 nA. AD620 works well as a preamplifier because it has a low input voltage noise of 9nV/√ Hz at 1 kHz and a frequency range of 0.28 in the 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz frequency range μ V p-p and 0.1pA/√ Hz input current noise. In addition, the AD620 is very suitable for multiplexing applications, with a settling time of 15 μ S to 0.01%, which is sufficiently low in cost to have a design with a built-in amplifier for each channel.
