The STM32G474xB/xC/xE device is based on high-performance Arm ® Cortex ®- M4 32-bit RISC core. Their operating frequency can reach up to 170 megahertz.
The core of Cortex-M4 has a single precision floating-point unit (FPU) that supports all Arm single precision data processing instructions and all data types. It also implements a complete set of DSP (digital signal processing) instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU), thereby improving the security of the application program.
These devices are embedded in high-speed memory (512 kilobytes of flash memory, and 128 kilobytes of SRAM), a flexible external memory controller (FSMC) static memory (device pack 100 pins and more), a four SPI flash interface, and a wide range of enhanced I/O and peripheral devices connected to two APB buses, two AHB buses, and a 32-bit multi AHB bus matrix.
