Characteristics and use

VOK®-DF 7015 is applicable to water-based systems with weak emulsification performance, such as pigment dispersions, industrial coatings, colorants and dispersions with low surfactant content. It is very easy to emulsify in water-based systems and can form uniform distribution. Therefore, the possibility of surface defects such as shrinkage and loss of gloss is minimized. At the same time, it has a good effect of removing microbubbles. VOK®- DF 7015 is based on mineral oil and wax, and contains a small amount of organic silicon. It adopts a special preparation process, which has good product storage stability. After long-term storage, it is not easy to appear separation or sedimentation

VOK®-DF 7015 is easy to emulsify in water, so it can be evenly distributed in the system, minimizing the possibility of surface defects

Addition amount and use method

The amount added depends on the specific situation

Generally, adding 0.2-0.5% of the total formula can achieve ideal results

When grinding slurry, it is recommended to add at least Half of the total amount of VOK®-DF 7015, and the rest will be added in the paint mixing stage

Storage

Keep away from heat and fire sources. Place in a cool and ventilated place, and keep the container tight

The storage environment is above 4 ℃ (40 ℉)
