German technical background VOK®-W-30 water-based wetting dispersant

The paint system is made of widely compatible pigment wetting dispersant products, which can be widely used for the dispersion and stability of inorganic, organic and carbon black, with good color development and gloss display, and can be used as the first choice for preparing high-quality general-purpose pigment paste.

Overview: VOK®-W-30 is an environmentally friendly dispersant (AP E-Free), which can provide color development and improve productivity of various pigments. It has an ideal effect on pigment dispersion of water-based paint system, and can be stably dispersed to avoid caking. VOK®-W-30 will not cause bubble formation or reduce glossiness, nor affect drying time, resistance or mold hardness. Addition amount and use method

When used in water-soluble resin coatings and ink systems, it is generally to add 2% to the total amount of abrasive slurry

The amount added for concentrated color paste is 10-15% of the total amount of pigment, and the actual amount depends on the type of pigment
