Features and Benefits

The additive is used to produce high concentration matting paste. The slurry is liquid, stable in storage and convenient in use. Use VOK ®- The matting effect of the matting paste produced by Disper 103 may be slightly lower than that of the matting agent directly used in the form of dry powder.

Recommended dosage

The amount of additives (purchased form) is based on the pigment.

Inorganic pigment: 5-10%

Titanium dioxide: 2-4%

Matting powder: 30-60%

To obtain good performance, additives should be added to the abrasive. When producing matting paste, mix the size resin with solvent and additives, and then put in matting powder. For example: grinding resin (60% solution), 30 portions; VOK ®- Dispatch 103, 12 copies; Solvent, 40 parts; Extinction powder, 18 portions.
