VOK ®- Disper 107 is used as a wetting and dispersing agent for solvent based architectural coatings and pigment concentrate based on alkyd resin. The additive is applicable to all pigments.

Features and Benefits
The additive can deflocculate the pigment by stabilizing the steric hindrance. Because the particle size of the deflocculating pigment is small, it can obtain high gloss and improve color intensity. In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments are also improved, while the viscosity is reduced, thus improving the leveling performance and increasing the pigment content.
Recommended use
The additive is especially recommended for building coatings to stabilize titanium dioxide, filler and other inorganic and organic pigments. The use of the additive can generally increase the filler content without reducing the gloss. Use VOK ®- Dispatch 107 stable white base paint has good color paste acceptance, and there is no floating color and blossoming when coloring with universal color paste. The additive is also suitable for the preparation of pigment concentrate based on long oil alkyd resin.
Recommended dosage
Additive dosage (purchase form) is based on pigment:
Inorganic pigment: 3-5%
Titanium dioxide: 0.7-1.5%
Organic pigment: 5-8%
Carbon black: 8-10%
