Product features and advantages
The additive can deflocculate the pigment by stabilizing the steric hindrance. Because the particle size of the deflocculating pigment is small, it can obtain high gloss and enhance color strength. In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments are also improved. Due to the reduction of viscosity, the fluidity is improved and the pigment content can be increased.
Recommended use
VOK ®- Disper 140 is highly compatible with all conventional paint substrates. Especially in nitrocellulose (NC) and thermoplastic acrylic acid (TPA) systems, VOK ®- Dispatch 140 has a very good performance. Recommended dosage
Additive dosage (purchase form) is based on pigment:
Inorganic pigment: 15-20%
Titanium dioxide: 3-4%
Organic pigment: 30-80%
Carbon black: 40-80%
The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the appropriate dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.
Adding method and processing guidance
In order to obtain good performance, additives must be added to the grinding material first, and then the pigment.
