TLV900x-Q1 series includes single channel (TLV9001-Q1), dual channel (TLV9002-Q1) and four channel (TLV9004-Q1) low-voltage (1.8V to 5.5V) operational amplifiers with rail to rail input and output swing functions. These op amps provide a cost-effective solution for automotive applications such as infotainment systems and lighting that are space constrained and require low voltage operation and high capacitive load drive.
TLV900x-Q1 series capacitive load driver has a capacitance of 500pF, and resistive open-loop output impedance makes it easier to achieve stability under higher capacitive load. These operational amplifiers are designed for low operating voltages (1.8V to 5.5V), and their performance specifications are similar to those of TLV600x-Q1 devices.
The robust design of TLV900x-Q1 series can simplify circuit design. These operational amplifiers have unity gain stability, integrate RFI and EMI suppression filters, and do not have phase inversion in the case of overdrive.
