explain
The DLPC350 is a digital controller that can guarantee the reliable operation of the DLP4500 or DLP4500NIR digital micro mirror device (DMD). The DLPC350 controller also provides a convenient, multi-functional interface between the user electronics and DMD, which can achieve high-speed style rates, together with LED control and data formatting for multiple input formats.
The DLPC350 controller uses cameras, sensors or other peripherals to provide input and output trigger signals for the synchronized display style. The controller can be integrated into low-cost small optical directional applications. Applications include 3D scanning or metering systems, spectrometers, interactive displays, chemical analyzers, medical instruments, and other terminal devices that require spatial lighting modulation (light orientation and light composition).
The DLPC350 controller is an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) for data formatting and DMD control, which is applicable to the visible or near infrared (NIR) versions of the DLP4500. For more details, see the DLPR350 firmware home page, DLP4500 data sheet, and DLP4500NIR data sheet.
