explain
The UCD9090 is a 10 track PMBus/I2C addressable power sequencer and monitor. The device integrates a 12 bit ADC, which can monitor up to 10 power supply voltage inputs. 23 GPIO pins can be used for power enable, power on reset signal, external interrupt, cascade or other system functions
Yes. 10 of the pins provide PWM function. With these pins, the UCD9090 supports margin adjustment and general PWM functions. Use the pin selection voltage rail status function to achieve specific power status.
This function allows up to 3 GPIs to be used to enable and disable any voltage rail. For the low power consumption mode of the execution system and advanced configuration for hardware devices
This is useful in terms of the power interface (ACPI) specification. TI Fusion Digital Power ™ The designer software provides the device configuration
Set. This PC based user interface (UI) provides an intuitive interface for configuring, storing, and monitoring all system operating parameters.
characteristic
10 voltage rails can be monitored and sequenced
– Every 400 voltage rails μ S Take a sample
– 12 bit ADC with 2.5V, 0.5% internal VREF
– Sorting is based on time, voltage track and pin correlation
– Each monitor has 4 programmable undervoltage and overvoltage thresholds
Each monitor can provide non-volatile error and peak logging (up to 30 fault detailed entries)
Closed loop margin adjustment capability for 10 voltage rails
– The margin output adjusts the rail voltage to match the user-defined margin threshold
Programmable watchdog timer and system reset
Flexible digital I/O configuration
Pin selection voltage rail status
Cascade multiple devices
Multiphase PWM clock generator
The clock frequency is 15.259kHz to 125MHz
Capable of configuring independent clock output for synchronous switching mode power supply
