LT ® The 6700/LT6700HV combines two micro power, low-voltage comparators, and a 400 mV reference in a 6-lead SOT-23 or micro DFN package. Using power supplies ranging from 1.4V to 18V, these devices only consume 6.5 µ A, making them an ideal choice for low-voltage system monitoring. The comparator includes hysteresis and relaxes design requirements to ensure stable output operation.
Each comparator has an externally available input; Other inputs are internally connected to the references. The comparator output is an open collector, and the output load can refer to any voltage up to 18V (LT6700HV), independent of the power supply voltage. The sinking ability of the output stage ensures that the temperature exceeds 5 mA.
The three versions of this section differ due to the polarity of the available comparator inputs. LT6700-1/LT6700HV-1 has one inverted input and one non inverted input, making it suitable for use as a window comparator. LT6700-2/LT6700HV-2 has two inverted inputs, while LT6700-3/LT6700HV-3 has two non inverted inputs. All versions are available in temperature ranges for commercial, industrial, and automotive applications.
