ATT7022E/26E/28E series multifunctional high-precision three-phase electric energy dedicated metering chip, suitable for three-phase three wire and three-phase four wire applications.
ATT7022E/26E/28E integrates multiple second-order sigma delta ADCs, reference voltage circuits, and digital signal processing circuits for all power, energy, RMS, power factor, and frequency measurements. It can measure active power, reactive power, apparent power, active energy, and reactive energy of each phase and phase combination, as well as parameters such as current, RMS, power factor, phase angle, and frequency of each phase, fully meeting the needs of three-phase multi rate multifunctional energy meters. ATT7022E/26E/28E supports full digital domain gain and phase correction, i.e. pure software calibration. Active and reactive power pulse outputs CF1 and CF2 provide instantaneous active and reactive power information, which can be directly connected to a standard meter for error correction. For detailed calibration methods, please refer to the calibration methods section.
ATT7022E/26E provides two types of apparent power and energy measurement methods: RMS apparent mode and PQS apparent mode. It outputs apparent energy pulses through CF3 and can be connected to a standard meter for apparent energy error correction.
ATT7022E provides fundamental parameter measurement: fundamental active power, fundamental active energy, fundamental current, and effective voltage. It provides instantaneous fundamental active power information through pulse output CF4, which can be directly used for fundamental correction.
ATT7022E/26E/28E provides an SPI interface to facilitate the transfer of measurement and calibration parameters between external MCUs. The specific specifications of the SPI interface can be found in the SPI detailed description section, and all measurement and calibration parameters can be read out through the SPI interface.
The built-in voltage monitoring circuit of ATT7022E/26E/28E can ensure normal operation during power on and off.
