Product features and advantages
VOK®-Disper 9152 is a high-molecular-weight wetting and dispersing agent with strong flocculation, which can prevent the pigment from returning to coarse through steric hindrance. So VOK®-Disper 9152 can improve the appearance performance of ink-jet ink containing pigment (hue strength, gloss, fog shadow, transparency). It can reduce the viscosity of pigment concentrate and final inkjet, eliminate thixotropy, and achieve good long-term storage stability. The product can form a uniform particle size distribution in the pigment dispersion, which can effectively shorten the filter time of inkjet.
VOK®-Disper 9152 can be used for various water-based, solvent-based and UV-curable inkjet inks to stabilize most of the pigments commonly used in inkjet products.
Recommended use
Water-based inkjet ink
Strong solvent inkjet ink
Environment-friendly solvent inkjet ink
UV-curable inkjet ink
Recommended dosage
20-70% of additive dosage (purchase form) is based on organic pigments.
30-100% additive dosage (purchased form) is based on carbon black pigment.
The above recommended dosage is for reference only, and a good dosage needs to be determined through a series of tests.
Adding method and processing guidance Wetting and dispersing aids should normally be added to the abrasive, only in this way can they be fully effective. Pre-mix the resin and solvent components in the abrasive, and then slowly add additives in the mixing state. Pigments can only be added after the auxiliaries are completely dispersed.
