Overview: VOK ®- Dispener 929 is a dispersant and color developing agent developed for carbon black. It can be added to the paint for grinding or as a color developing agent. It can be separately mixed with carbon black for grinding and dispersing, as a black paste for color mixing or coloring

Composition: anionic macromolecular surfactant

Appearance: light yellow clear liquid

Non-volatile: 48-51%

Solvent: xylene/aromatic hydrocarbon solvent/n-butyl acetate

Specific gravity: about 0.93

Refractive index: 1.484-1.494 (25 ℃)

Characteristics and use

Excellent storage stability, preventing the occurrence of pigment flocculation, and maintaining the stability of viscosity and fineness

The grinding dispersion has low viscosity and can be made into color paste or paint with high pigment concentration

Improve the color development and transparency of paint and ink

When making a multi-color paint, it is not easy to float and flower

Addition amount and use method

As dispersant: add 20-80% carbon black

As abrasive developer: add 20-50% of the total amount

Add and disperse with pigment before grinding

Storage

Place in a cool and ventilated place, keep the container tight and away from heat and fire sources

The storage environment is 0-40 ℃. When the temperature is lower than 5 ℃, the appearance may be frozen or turbid. Please separate water and heat it until it is clear, and then mix it evenly before use

The container needs to be sealed completely before it is used
