Nonvolatile: 9-11%

Solvent: aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent

Specific gravity: about 0.78

Characteristics and use

It can inhibit the bubbles generated by mixing, pumping and coating (spraying, dipping and drenching), and also help the bubbles escape from the coating film

Porous substrates, such as paper, wood, etc., often cause air to remain at the bottom or inside of the coating film during coating, and add VOK ®- Defom 3200 can help the wetting of the substrate and reduce the residual bubbles

Suitable for foam suppression and defoaming of unsaturated polyester coatings

Good wettability can help the escape of bubbles in the unsaturated polyester system

Scope of application

Nitro paint, baking paint, sealing primer, acrylic paint

Acid curing coating, epoxy resin coating, unsaturated polyester coating

Solvent-based ink

Addition amount and use method

Add 0.1-0.5% to the total amount

Good results can be obtained by adding before grinding

Defoaming agent must be fully dispersed in the early system

Storage

The storage environment is 0-40 ℃

Place in a cool and ventilated place, keep the container tight and away from heat and fire sources

After long-term storage, the appearance of this product may have color difference changes, which may be yellowish or reddish. This change does not affect the material performance

Security

VOK ®- Defom 3200 may cause turbidity in varnish. Please test the compatibility and recoating before use
