Characteristics and use

It is a polymer material with special surface properties, which can improve the flow and leveling of the coating

Inhibit the mixing of air in the high viscosity coating at the initial stage, reduce the formation of bubbles, and improve the surface tension of the coating surface so that tiny bubbles can be easily released

Helps to remove the foamed plastic from the porous substrate to obtain a flat film surface

It is especially suitable for defoaming and blister suppression of coating methods such as impregnation coating and curtain coating.

Add 0.2-0.5% VOK to the coating ®- Defom 3600 can play an excellent role in improving flow and defoaming

The dosage varies with the resin used and the coating method. Please make a pre-test to obtain the most appropriate dosage

Storage

The storage environment is 0-40 ℃, and it is placed in a cool and ventilated place. The container is kept tight and away from heat and fire sources
