Overview: Volcker VOK ®- NA 1622 is a foam inhibitor of silicone modified liquid used in solvent system. It has remarkable defoaming performance in different systems. It is easy to add to all kinds of solvent coating inks.

Characteristics and use

High efficiency; Easy to add and use; Long-term stability; It has resistance to surface defects and fish-eye characteristics; It is compatible with various resins.

application area 

Various kinds of varnish, modified polyurethane, nitrocellulose paint, chlorinated rubber and epoxy paint, epoxy floor paint, fluorocarbon paint system.

Addition amount and use method

Generally, 0.05-0.5% is added to the weight of the total coating;

It is generally used to grind the pigment segment and add half to reduce the formation of bubbles. The rest is being added in the paint mixing stage.

Storage

Place in a cool and ventilated place, keep the container tight and away from heat and fire sources

The storage environment is 5-50 ℃
