VOK®- NALZIN FA 179 is particularly recommended as a corrosion inhibitor for water-based coatings to prevent the formation of "flash rust", and can also be used as a corrosion inhibitor in tanks. Because it can be emulsified in water, it can also be used as a temporary anti-rust agent.

application area 

1、VOK®- NALZIN FA 179 can be used for various types of water dilute coating systems, such as water dilute alkyd resin, acrylic resin, epoxy resin coating and dispersion coating systems.

2. It can prevent the corrosion of water-based paint during drying on the iron-containing substrate, thus improving the corrosion resistance of the paint film and effectively preventing the corrosion in the tank.

3. It can also be used as a temporary preservative for metal surfaces. For this purpose, the metal surface can be sprayed with 2%The emulsion of  VOK®- NALZIN FA 179 is recommended when VOK®- NALZIN FA 179 is not added in the coating , which can prevent early corrosion after construction.

usage method

1. Prevent the formation of flash rust. VOK®- NALZIN FA 179 is recommended  added at the paint mixing stage of paint production, with the dosage of 0.1-0.5%,

2. In order to prevent corrosion in the tank, VOK®-NALZIN FA 179 The addition of  needs to be further increased by 0.1-0.3%.
