German technical background VOK ®- DF A555 polymer defoamer

Without organic silicon, used for unsaturated polyester resin. Suitable for all kinds of unsaturated polyester resin and processing methods. It is also suitable for pultrusion of acrylic acid, unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resin.

Product features and advantages

VOK ®- DF A555 shows the highest defoaming efficiency in almost all processing methods of unsaturated polyester resin. In some resins, defoamers may cause fogging of finished parts.

Recommended dosage

0.1-0.5% of auxiliary dosage (form of supply) is based on the general formula.

The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the appropriate dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.

Stir in the resin before adding other components.

Pultrusion process

Prevent air from mixing in the production and application of plastic systems (pultrusion process).

Recommended use

Recommended for acrylate, unsaturated polyester or vinyl ester resin systems.

Recommended dosage

0.2% auxiliary dosage (supply form) with 0.3% VOK ®- DF A515 or VOK ®- DF A560, based on total resin.
