L99H01 is designed to control a bridge configuration of four external n-channel MOS transistors for DC motor drive in automotive applications. A freely configurable current sensing amplifier is integrated. The integrated standard serial peripheral interface (SPI) controls all outputs and provides diagnostic information. The interface pin of external mosfet thermal sensor is realized.
