TLC59731 device is an easy to use 3-channel 50mA perfusion LED driver. This single wire, 600kbps serial interface (EasySet) provides a solution that greatly reduces the cost of wiring. The LED driver provides 8-bit pulse width modulation (PWM) resolution and a simple gamma correction feature. The device is integrated with a 6MHz gray scale (GS) clock oscillator, which can make the display repetition rate reach 3.1kHz (typical value). This drive also provides unrestricted cascading capabilities.

The output sink current can be set by each external resistor connected in series to the OUT terminal. TLC59731 has a built-in shunt regulator, which can be used for higher VCC power supply voltage applications.
