LMR16006Y-Q1 is a pulse width modulated (PWM) DC-DC step-down voltage regulator. The device is widely used for power regulation of non stabilized voltage power supply in various applications from industry to automobile. The standby current of the regulator in ECO mode is 28 μ A. It is very suitable for battery powered systems. The device has 1 μ A's ultra-low turn off current can further extend the service life of the battery. The fixed operating frequency of 2.1MHz enables the device to maintain a low output ripple voltage while using small external components.
The device realizes soft start and compensation circuit internally, which minimizes the number of external components used with it. LMR16006Y-Q1 is optimized to provide a load current of up to 600mA, and its typical feedback voltage is 0.765V.
