TT-CCZ-I  High-pressure Airless Road Marking Truck

1. Engine: 30HP diesel engine with three cylinders in-line and low noise, water-cooled, electric starting and environment friendly. Cubage of fuel tank: 100L.
2. Paint Pump: double hydraulic-driven plunger-type spraying pumps. Maximum flow per pump: 20L/min. Maximum spraying pressure: 20Mpa.
3. Paint Tank: The single tank with two rooms(cubage 2500kg/room,can be extended) is equipped with hydraulic-driven vertical vane blender. Gear pump in the bottom of tank provides convenience of feeding paint into the tanks.
4. Spraying Gun: 4 new type pneumatic spraying guns and 1 manual spraying gun with lengthen pipe is equipped with hard-edge columnar nozzle (42-20 or 70-20) with reverse obstruction-dislodging. Marking speed: 15-20km/h. Extra-wide airport runway line can be sprayed only once.
5. Applied Paint: applying for spraying cold solvent and water-based road marking paint.
6. Glass Bead Spraying: double pressurized and connected visible glass bead tanks with a 120L cubage ensure continuous glass bead spraying during all the marking period. Double or single glass bead gun equipped in the left or right side, whose pressure, flow and spraying width can be adjusted to ensured the sprayed beads firmer, more regular and more economical.
7. Electronic Control: TT-KZ300 PLC micro-electronic control system can freely change the  line types such as single or double continuous line and all kinds of broken lines. And the following functions can also be equipped according to the needs: paint volume measure  monitoring, line length and area measuring and line thickness reminding and so on.
8. Pre-Marking: Pre-marking can be done at the same of marking, multiplying the marking efficiency.
