Detailed Description of TT-DGN-I Self-propelled Multifunctional Road Marking Machine:

Before marking, use the vehicles or manual to mark the Pre-mark, the cost of the vehicle is very high and the Premark is made very slow. If use the normal primer marking machine to spray the primer, the intensity of labour is very high, and the spray quality is bad. The TT-DGN-I can realize both Premark and primer spray two functions, it not only can reduce the construction vehicles and personnel inputs, avoid to take two much construction equipment, and greatly improve the construction speed and quality of the Premark and primer, thus reduce the construction cost.
1.Engine of TT-DGN-I Self-propelled Multifunctional Road Marking Machine: Japanese Robin6.0HP or Honda 6.5HP four-stroke air-cooled OHV gasoline engine.
2.Drive system of TT-DGN-I Self-propelled Multifunctional Road Marking Machine: The original imported variable speed transmission system with automatic brake device and flexible operated in forward, back off or stop (HTS). The left and the right front wheels are differential transmission devices which make curve running and turning more convenient. The manual brake device makes the running more safety.

5.The Premark device: equip with two actuating arms which can freely adjust the Premarks width, with road wheels, can chose mark 1~4 pre-marks according to the construction requirement and the field conditions. The Premark paint bucket equips with an automatic stirring device, which can ensure the Premark paint marks in dropping type very well. Loosen the actuating arms and the paint bucket if it needs not to mark the Premark.
6.The primer sprayer device technical index:
  a)The forcing pump: 0.2m2/min displacement piston type super wear resistant air pump, ensure larger primer flow rate and more stable pressure. 
  b)Flow rate: 3.5 L/min.
  c)The primer storage pot: Pressure 0.8 Mpa. Equip with pressure safety valves,. The pot capacity is 75kg,. There is a sieve in the feeding pot.
  d) The spray gun: the new type spray gun controlled by brake handle owns hard side columnar reverse wastewater nozzle (20/25), which makes the site discharge very convenient and fast; the non-arc nozzle ensures the base line collimated. Spray width: 100-450mm.
7.Chassis:  Firm welding frame, whose surface has been chrome-plated or sprayed anti-corrosion coating, equip with imported bearing which ensures the whole machine more lightsome and more convenient.
8.Rubber wheel : The left and right back wheels are gas-filled pressure resistant vacuum wheels, whose diameters are 440mm; the back stern wheels are the special naturally modified rubber wheels with abrasion resistance, whose diameter is 190mm.
9.The front stern wheel  guide arm: Lock the direction device on the front stern wheel which can ensure road-marking machine freely operation in straight or twist
