1.Engine:42Hp water-cooled electric- startup diesel engine with four - cylinder in-line , low noise and environment protection  .Fuel tank`s cubage :60L
2.Driving system : The original imported variable speed transmission system with automatic brake device flexible operated in forward 、back off or stop(HTS).
3.Driving speed:Forward:0-22km/h;back off:0-12km/h;Max climbing capability:15°.
4.Paint pump: Equip with double hydraulic driven plunger pump. Max flow of single pump:20L/min.Max spraying  pressure:20Mpa.
5.Paint tank: Single  tank with double room ,capacity of each one :500kg.Equip with hydraulic driving vertical vane type stirrer .There is a sieve device in the discharging port,easy to remove and clean.
6.Spray gun :Equip with four new type pneumatic spray guns  lengthening pipe hand spray gun ,and hard side columnar  nozzles fast and easy to discharge wastewater reversely .Non-arc nozzle makes the line straight .Start four guns at the same time if construction needs .Spraying width:100-1000mm
7.Available paint:for spraying cold solvent ,water based  or two-component road marking paint.
8.Glass beads spraying system :Option for single or double spray guns if construction needs .Displacement of air compressor:230L/min.
9.Glass beads bin :Double bins with windows can check the quantity of glass beads in time ,which guarantee continuous spraying of  glass beads. Capacity of one bin:150kg.
10.Chassis: Firm welding frame ,four wheel structure .The wheel are all gas filled abrasion resistance wheels. Diameter:φ520mm. Operator sit on the chair to operate through hydraulic strengthen steering wheel( equips on left or right according to the needs of customer) ,easy and freely .Stable brake system makes the driving more safe.
11.Control system :Equip with TT - KZ 300 micro - electronic control system .which can freely set the line type of single actual line ,double - actual line and other broken lines. According to the needs of customer, option for the measure device for paint consumption, total length， total square and thickness which make the spraying work
connvenient and fast. 
12.Gun bracket: Foldable bracket is equal distance to road surface .Spray width can be freely adjusted before or after
construction  work.
13.Pre-marking  system: Synchronous with pre-marking  working ,greatly improves the construction efficiency.
