1. Engine: 42HP water-cooled electrical starting diesel engine with four-stroke in-line,low noise and environmental protection.The fuel tank’s cubage:60L.
2.Driving speed: The original imported variable speed transmission system (HTS)with automatic brake device,which can be freely operated in forward, back off or stop.The right,left and rear wheels equipped with differential speed gearing can be easy to turn.
3.Air compressor: 3m3/min displacement piston air pump.
4.Paint tank: Single pressurized paint tank with double spaces and internal horizontal  vane agitaing device.The inside filter screen in the feeding port can effecively remove the impurities mixed in the paint. The capacity is 500KG.
5. Spray gun:Eqipped with three new pneumatic low-pressure atomized air-auxiliary spray guns, another manual spray gun with lengthing pipe to spray arrows,character and such special marks. The spray width is 100-600mm.
6.Available paint: Used for cold solvent and water-based paints.
7.Glass beads spraying system: The equipped glass beads spraying system has the options of single spray gun, double spray guns or multiple guns.The single or double glass beads spraying guns on the left (or right) which can adjust pressure, flow rate and spray width ensure the sprayed glass beads evener,more deep-set and more economical.
8.Glass beads bin:Single bin(double bins)with a window can check the quantity of glass beads in time. The capacity of single bin is 150kg.
9.Chassis: Firm welding frame with four-wheel structure. The wheel is of inflatable pressure-proof engineering and the diameter is 520mm. The operator can operate the machine at right or left side and control the directions by operating the hydraulic steering(the steering can be set on the right or left side according to the users’needs.) The stable brake system can make the driving more secure.
10.Control system: Equip with TT - KZ 300 micro - electronic control system,which can freely set the line types of single actual line ,double actual line and other broken lines. According to the needs of customers, option for the measure devices for paint consumption, total length and total square and thickness which make the spraying work connvenient and fast.
11. Gun bracket: The pnematic control gun bracket has the equal distance to the road surface which is matched with running wheel and receiving gloove, free to up and down.
12. Pre-marking system: Synchronous with pre-marking working,greatly improves the construction efficiency.
