Films vary among plastic products. Because of their short using life, they are the main recycle materials. According to films use, they can be sorted as agricultural film, packaging film, multi-layer plastic composite film (paper and plastic composite film, aluminum and plastic composite film).
Waste plastic film is managed by waste minimization or source reduction, quantifying plastic film waste, landfilling, combustion, and recycling.
Here the project we are talking is mainly about recycling the waste plastic agricultural film.Agricultural film has mulching filmand greenhouse film. Mulching film is mainly PE film. Andgreenhouse filmhas PE film, PE/EVA film, and PVC film. When recycling agricultural film, PE film should be separated from PVC film manually. Our recycling method is to crush, wash, dry andpelletize.
The washed and dried film can be directly used for hot extrusion molding and producing plastic products like tub, pail, plastic flange, etc.
The pelletized material
1. PE recycled pellets, can be used to produce agricultural film, fertilizer packaging bag, garbage bag, agricultural recycled water pipe, fence, tree support, tub, pail, garbage box, geotextile material, etc.
2. PVC recycled pellets, can be used to produce heavy-duty packaging bag, agricultural water pipe, shoe sole, etc.
