Instrument characteristic
1). No baffles and running part inside the measuring tube, therefore no additional flow
loss and no jams happen. Especially for measuring the flow of solid-liquid object, for
example, sewage, mud pulp and CWS (coal water slurry).
2). Only liner and electrode have direct contact with the measuring medium, by
choosing correct liner and electrode,,then the corrosion resistance and wear resistance
can be satisfied. Therefore it can be used in kinds of strong acid and alkali in chemical
solutions.

inner diameter of chosen instrument).
4). High accuracy, it is up to ±0.2%,it is capable for testing
5). It provides the function of zero correction of sensor and automatic zero adjustment.

Measures in the following failures:
1. No display
a) Check if the power supply is OK;
b) Check if the power fuse is OK;
c) Check if the power voltage is OK;
If the above is OK, please send the converter to the repair shop.
2. Excitation alarm
a) Check if the wiring X and Y is open;
b) Check the coil resistance, if normal, the converter should have failures.
3. Empty pipe alarm
a) Check if the fluid is full of the measuring pipe of sensor;
b) Input the converter signal to A, B, C terminals with wire, if “empty pipe alarm” disappears, it shows the converter is OK. But maybe the conductivity of measured fluid is too low or the measuring range setting of empty pipe is wrong;
4. Inaccurate flow
a) Check if the fluid is full of the measuring pipe;
b) Check if the signal connection is normal;
c) Check if the setting of coefficient and zero is in line with the requirements in label.
