Fast Introduction:

   Developed by my company, this type electromagnetic water meter converters

are battery powered, capable of being used together with common electromagnetic

flow meters, with the flow rate measurement accuracy up to 0.5 level and 0.2

level. That is to say, a new type of products — electromagnetic water meter

series will be developed simply by connecting a convertor to a common

electromagnetic flow meter.

The series  electromagnetic water meter converter is equipped with a lithium
battery as its standard configuration, which can work consecutively three
to six years. If a high-capacity battery is equipped, the continuous working time
will be much longer
 

Application
 
MTF electromagnetic flow meter is, a kind of instrument,used for measuring the 

flow conductivity liquid, which is widely used in flow measuring of Metallurgy, 

Chemical industry, Paper industry, Environmental protection, Oil industry, 

Textile industry, Food industry and City administration, Water works,etc.
 

Selection of Protection Level:

 According to the GB4208-84 IEC standard (IEC529- 76) on the protection level:

IP65 means waterjet type; it allows the taps spray from all the directions of the 

instrument. the pressure is 30kPa(0.3bar),th output of the water is 12.5l/m,and the

taps is 3 meters far from the instruments.

IP67 means antiimmersion type, it can be submerged in the water in a short time, 

when testing, the highest point in the experiment should be at least 15cm underwater 

and last for at least 30 minutes. 

IP68 means Submersible type, it can work in the water for long term, Its maximum depth 

in the water should be consulted by the manufacturer and the user.The choice of protection 

should be selected in accordance with the above requirements, as well as the actual 

instrument conditions. If the meter works under the ground and always submerged by 

the water, IP68 should be selected, If the instrument is installed above ground, IP65 is 

optional.
