Tps27081a is a high side load switch, which integrates a power pFET and a control NMOS in the micro package.
Tps27081a has industry standard ESD protection on all pins, so as to provide better ESD compatibility with other onboard components.
Tps27081a can convert the level of on / off logic signal to VIN level, and supports CPU or MCU Logic as low as 1.0V to control higher voltage power supply without external level shifter.
