Product Features

explain

AD822 is a dual precision, low-power FET input operational amplifier that can operate from 5V to 30V or from ± 2.5V to ± 15V with dual power sources. It has true single power supply capability, with an input voltage range extending below the negative rail, allowing the AD822 to accommodate underground input signals in single power supply mode. The output voltage swing extends to within 10 mV of each guide rail, providing the maximum output dynamic range.

The maximum offset voltage is 800 µ V, the offset voltage drift is 2 µ V/° C, the input bias current is less than 25 pA, low input voltage noise provides DC accuracy, and the source impedance can reach gigahertz. At a unified gain bandwidth of 1.8 MHz at 10 kHz, -93dB total harmonic distortion (THD), and a 3V/µ s rotation rate, a low supply current of 800 µ A was provided for each amplifier.

The AD822 serves as a follower to drive direct capacitive loads up to 350 pF and provides a minimum output current of 15 mA. This enables the amplifier to handle a wide range of load conditions. Its AC and DC performance, coupled with outstanding load driving ability, leads to a particularly versatile amplifier for single power users.

AD822 has two performance levels. The rated levels of Class A and Class B exceed the industrial temperature range of -40 ° C to+85 ° C.

AD822 comes in three types of 8-lead packaging: PDIP, MSOP, and SOIC_ N.
