Composition: polyethylene wax

Appearance: white paste

Solvent: n-butyl acetate/methylcyclohexane

Specific gravity: about 0.86

Nonvolatile: 9.5-10.5%

Main characteristics

No benzene solvent

The appearance is slurry, suitable for high shear grinding dispersion equipment, easy to use

It can provide anti-settling effect of pigment and avoid deposition and hardening at the bottom of the tank, and has a slight impact on viscosity

It has a slight impact on the gloss, yellowing resistance, water resistance and drying speed of the film

Under proper dispersion conditions, it can be used as a post-additive, especially suitable for pigments that cannot be ground, such as aluminum paste, pearl powder, flat powder and fluorescent pigments

Addition amount and use method

Add 1.0-5.0% to the total amount

It can be added at any stage. After adding, it is necessary to disperse evenly with high-speed dispersion equipment. It is recommended that the dispersion operation temperature range is between 20-60 ℃

In case of drying, scaling, caking and other phenomena caused by lax sealing of wax slurry, the dried part shall be removed to avoid dispersion difficulties

Storage

Place in a cool and ventilated place, keep the container tight and away from heat and fire sources

The storage environment is 0 to 40 ℃ (The product is soft wax at 0 ℃, please return to 25 ℃ before use.)

Containers containing products shall not be directly exposed to heat radiation
