usage method

VOK®-DE is used in the form of precoagulation. It has the advantage of simple and rapid preparation of pre-coagulated slurry with a concentration of up to 14% and can be poured.

VOK®-DE Pre-coagulation slurry configuration:

1. Water 86

Start the high-speed mixer (HSD) and set the shear rate to 6.3m/s.

2. Hatorite DE (add slowly) 14

Disperse for 5 minutes at a stirring rate of 6.3m/s, and store the resulting pre-coagulated slurry in an airtight container.

*6.3m/s is equal to the shear rate of high-speed mixer blades with a diameter of 4 cm at 3000 rpm.

Amount added

The general dosage of VOK®-DE is 0.1-1.0% of the total amount of formula, which can be adjusted according to the suspension degree, rheological property or viscosity requirements.
